Why Participate?

At City Sightseeing Dublin we are passionate about our country and act as ambassadors for Ireland in our words and actions. One overall winner will be selected from the applicant shortlist for the Ambassador for Ireland Award. They must show outstanding efforts in providing a rounded customer experience and above all by displaying warmth and hospitality to customers, which is what visitors to Ireland have come to expect. The winner of this award can enjoy a range of advertising forums to promote their establishment.

Judging Process

Stage 1: Application
Complete a brief application document which will allow you to highlight key areas of strengths that you feel put you in the running for winning a City Sightseeing award.

Stage 2: Interview
Shortlist candidates will be interviewed by a representative from City Sightseeing and an external body to ensure fair practices in the judging process.

  Stage 3: Mystery Shopper
Candidates shortlisted for interview stage will be visited on a mystery shop basis to get an overall feel for the experience provided.

  Stage 4: Customer Vote
Providing an excellent customer experience involves engaging with your customers. We would like to hear from your customers and find out firsthand what experience they have had. Ask your customers to vote for your venue on CitySightseeingDublin.com
